We had a great experience working with Jeremy and Dynamic Contractors and would absolutely recommend him! We had talked to and vetted several local contractors for our kitchen remodel, but we ultimately went with Jeremy because of his passion and energy for our project. He was genuinely excited about what we were trying to create, and that really stood out to us. What started as a kitchen remodel grew into a much larger project, including new flooring, rewiring throughout the house, and installation of a French drain. Jeremy was an excellent communicator every step of the way. He worked seamlessly with both his own subcontractors and the tradespeople we brought into the project, and he was always willing to take on additional work as our plans evolved. Timing was especially important for us because we were moving from Santa Cruz to our new home in Monterey while all of this was happening. Jeremy was great about giving us realistic timelines, keeping everyone coordinated, and helping us navigate all the moving pieces. And,..there were a lot of them! We’ve already recommended Dynamic Contractors to friends and would gladly recommend them to anyone in the Bay Area. We’re really grateful to Jeremy for all of his hard workand dedication. He worked incredibly hard and helped us turn our house into the home we had envisioned. Sharing a few before-and-after photos of our kitchen below — one of the many projects Jeremy helped us bring to life.

Dynamic Contractors LLC has been serving homeowners and property owners across Santa Cruz County and beyond since 2007. What started as a focus on electrical work has grown into a full-service contracting company covering everything from main panel upgrades and car charger installations to bathroom remodels, kitchen renovations, decks, and patios. Over nearly two decades, we've built a reputation on honest communication, upfront pricing, and work that holds up long after the job is done.
Our founder, Jeremy Miller, is a US Army veteran who brought the same discipline and attention to detail from his military service into the trades. He started Dynamic Contractors with a straightforward goal: help people solve problems with their homes without the runaround. Electricity touches every part of your daily life, and when something goes wrong, it's stressful. Jeremy built this company around the belief that you deserve clear answers, real options, and a contractor who takes the time to explain what's happening and why.
Electrical work is at the core of what we do. We specialize in Zinsco main panel inspections and upgrades, which are a common and serious concern in older homes throughout the Santa Cruz and Monterey areas. We also install EV car chargers, recessed lighting, home automation systems, and security wiring. Whether you're upgrading an aging panel or adding a Level 2 charger in your garage, we handle the work safely and to code.
Beyond electrical, we're licensed to handle bathroom and kitchen remodels as well as outdoor living spaces like decks and patios. That means one contractor, one point of contact, and no finger-pointing between trades. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, you'll know exactly what's included and what it will cost.
We serve homeowners and property managers across a wide region, including Santa Cruz County, Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale. Whether you're in a coastal bungalow near Pacific Grove or a hillside home in Los Gatos, our team makes the drive because we've built lasting relationships across these communities.
Jeremy has been married for over 25 years, and that sense of stability and commitment carries into every project we take on. We're not a revolving door of crews. You'll work with people who care about the outcome and treat your home the way they'd treat their own.
If you have a project in mind or just want to talk through your options, give us a call. We offer upfront costs and honest feedback from the first conversation. Reach us at (831) 332-4612 or visit www.thedynamiccontractors.com to request your free estimate.
