We had a great experience working with Jeremy and Dynamic Contractors and would absolutely recommend him! We had talked to and vetted several local contractors for our kitchen remodel, but we ultimately went with Jeremy because of his passion and energy for our project. He was genuinely excited about what we were trying to create, and that really stood out to us. What started as a kitchen remodel grew into a much larger project, including new flooring, rewiring throughout the house, and installation of a French drain. Jeremy was an excellent communicator every step of the way. He worked seamlessly with both his own subcontractors and the tradespeople we brought into the project, and he was always willing to take on additional work as our plans evolved. Timing was especially important for us because we were moving from Santa Cruz to our new home in Monterey while all of this was happening. Jeremy was great about giving us realistic timelines, keeping everyone coordinated, and helping us navigate all the moving pieces. ​And,..there were a lot of them! We’ve already recommended Dynamic Contractors to friends and would gladly recommend them to anyone in the Bay Area. We’re really grateful to Jeremy for all of his hard work​and dedication​. He worked incredibly hard and helped us turn our house into the home we had envisioned. Jeremy at Dynamic Contractors worked with me for several months in 2025 to completely renovate my kitchen, half bath/laundry room, full bath (tub to shower conversion) and stair railings. He also installed new flooring throughout the house. Every day he was on time and worked hard throughout the week. He was communicative and helpful with ideas and plans to make the changes that I had in mind, with thoughtfulness to my budget. They cleaned up completely every day to make sure that I could live comfortably during the process. He went above and beyond to make my project a success. Everything turned out beautifully! Jeremy is kind and honest, and most importantly my dog approved of him.
